The Philippine Embassy in Vientiane joined the Annual Tea Party on 04 December 2020 at the International Center for Training and Cooperation in Vientiane, Laos. The event was organized by the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ (MOFA) Women’s Union with the purpose of promoting cooperation among female representatives from the Lao government, diplomatic corps, and international organizations through cultural diplomacy.

The event’s guests of honor were Lao Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith and his spouse Madame Alouny Kommasith, who serves as the honorary president of the MOFA’s Women’s Union.
