Philippine Artworks Featured in ArtMoments Jakarta

Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia Gina A. Jamoralin attended the opening ceremony of ArtMoments, a gallery event showcasing the talent of visual artists including 21 Filipino painters and two half Filipinos, held at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta from 18 to 20 August 2023. The opening ceremony was also attended by Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Ms. Ni Made Ayu Marthini.

ArtMoments, founded in 2018, is a premium art fair initiated by several Indonesian art collectors in collaboration with friends and galleries. The fair grew into an innovative platform that serves as a bridge between the art market and potential buyers in Indonesia and beyond, providing a unique opportunity to explore a diverse range of traditional, modern, contemporary, digital, and urban artworks from leading Indonesian and international galleries.

2023 sees the sixth edition of ArtMoments Jakarta where it presents twenty-five (25) leading galleries from Indonesia and abroad, including the DF Art Agency in Manila represented by its Managing Director Mr. Derek Flores.

The work of the following Filipino painters were featured in the three-day art exhibition: Angelo Quintos, Anna Bautista, Bryan Teves, Cedrick Dela Paz, Demet dela Cruz, Demi Padua, Ian Anderson, Isko Andrade, Jill Arteche, Jojo Ramirez, Kuo Sheng Lin, Liliana Manahan, Lorebert Comision, Macj Turla, Marrie Saplad, Max Balatbat, Omar “Whooop” Ramos, Pongbayog, RC Caringal, Sean Go, Taichi Condo, Tita Halaman, and Yanna Guillermo.
