Included in the buffet spread are authentic Tausug staples: Tiyula Itum (black beef soup), Tinuanan (fresh pomelo and mango salad with Tausug dressing), Beef Kurma (beef curry), Sambal Istah (deep-fried maya-maya topped with special sauce), Belachan Manuk, Kyuning / Bubuk (grilled chicken breast marinated in turmeric, lemon zest and spices) and Bang Bang Sug (assortment of Tausug native cakes and pastries).
