This year’s celebration includes two extra special initiatives: the Incredible MOMents Contest, an online campaign designed to encourage personal tributes to mothers, and the Mother’s Heritage Treat, a specially curated vacation package to give mothers the rest and recognition they deserve.
Social Media Contest: “Incredible MOMents”
The Incredible MOMents Contest, launched last April 22, 2025, encourages participants to share a photo of their mother accompanied by a reflection on a powerful or meaningful gesture of maternal love. Entries must be posted publicly on social media platforms, tagging Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar’s official pages, using the hashtags #MothersDayAtLasCasas and #LasCasasFilipinasdeAcuzar, and tagging three friends to participate. Engagements such as likes, shares, and comments will determine the winner/s.
The winner will be announced on May 11, 2025, on the Las Casas Facebook and Instagram Stories. They will receive a Day Tour Package for two at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, featuring a heritage-inspired experience that highlights the Philippines’ architectural and cultural heritage.
Heritage Experience: The Mother’s HERitage Treat
Complementing the online celebration is the Mother’s HERitage Treat, a limited-time package meticulously crafted to provide families with a serene and meaningful retreat within the historic confines of Las Casas. Available for booking from April 27 to May 10, 2025, and valid for stays from May 9 to 12, 2025, the package includes:
- An overnight stay in one of Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar
- Curated meals designed to offer warmth and comfort
- A professional souvenir photo session to preserve the memory
