Around 140 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and Flipino residents were oriented by DTI Region XI Director Delia Ayano on the rules and procedures on starting a business in the Philippines.

“Setting up a seminar about business is a timely opportunity for OFWs in Hong Kong to know how to manage their finances when they get back to the Philippines,” Consul Paul Saret told the participants in his opening remarks.
