Philippine Ambassador to Czech Republic Ombra T. Jainal, together with Madam Elsie Jainal, led the officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy in getting inoculated against COVID-19 at the Royal University Hospital in Vinohrady, Prague on 22 May 2021.

Upbeat and hopeful after getting his first dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech (Cominarty) vaccine, Ambassador Jainal called on all Filipinos in the Czech Republic to register for vaccination as soon as their age categories are opened up for registration and get their inoculation against COVID-19 in accordance with their schedules.

He emphasized that vaccination against COVID-19, among other protective measures, protects us against the disease, saves lives and livelihood, and prevents further disruption of the socio-economic environment.

For registration of Filipino workers who are under the public health insurance system of the Czech Republic, they may register by using their insurance number. For a more detailed information on registration for vaccination, including the age groups already allowed for registration, Filipinos may visit: https://registrace.mzcr.cz

Details on how to register for vaccination for Filipinos who are not covered by the Czech public health insurance will be announced at a later date.
