PH Participates in 2019 Riyadh Travel Fair

Riyadh — The Philippines once again participated in the Riyadh Travel Fair (RTF) at the Prince Sultan Hall, Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 28–30 March 2019.

Organized by ASAS Exhibitions, the three-day RTF is the largest annual tourism and travel exhibition in Saudi Arabia.

On March 26, 2019, the Philippine delegation led by Office of Product and Market Development (India and Middle East) of the Department of Tourism Head Dakila Fernandez Gonzales, in partnership with the Durga Das Publications Middle East, organized a product presentation and business-to-business meeting for prospective partners in promoting and showcasing the Philippines’ top travel destinations.

Also present during the event are officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, led by Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Adnan V. Alonto and Madam Jo C. Alonto.

Philippine Airlines, led by its Country Manager Ricky Pacquing, also assisted the agent of Pink Lily Travel and Tours in explaining the various packages that could be offered to potential clients seeking fun and memorable getaways.
