Manila, Philippines – Duty Free Philippines (DFP) will be having its first-ever sale event at the DFP Arrival Mall inside Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, which will see prices slashed on over 9,000 items.
All arriving and transiting passengers of NAIA terminals who traveled from an international destination can avail 50 percent discount offer, beginning at midnight on September 14 and ending at midnight on September 15.
According to DFP Chief Operating Officer (COO) Vicente Pelagio A. Angala, the said event will offer big discounts on a wide a range of products as DFP’s pre-Christmas celebration.
“This is the perfect opportunity for travelers to complete their Christmas shopping list early and buy designer items at a significantly lower price to bring home to their loved ones,” he said.
The event offers up to 50 percent off on sporting goods; up to 40 percent on home furnishing; 30 percent on chocolates; 20 percent on perfumes, cosmetics, apparel, bags, watches, and sunglasses; 15 percent on wines, liquors, and snacks.
During the sale shoppers will also have the opportunity to get freebies and in-house gifts, for a minimum purchase of USD 500.
The Arrival Mall at the NAIA Terminal 3 is the largest landside store of DFP, which was opened on June 2018 to serve the high influx of tourist arrivals.

The over 3,000 square-meter Duty Free outlet, which is three times the size of a regular airport store, is strategically located between the exits of the arrivals area and the car park building.
