The Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. resumed its Overseas Voters Registration (OVR) on June 29, 2020 simultaneously with the resumption of limited consular services.

To help limit the community spread of COVID-19, overseas Voting (OV) services, in line with consular services, were temporarily suspended on March 16, 2020 in light of the declarations set forth in the state of emergency in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

While other consular services remain suspended, regular passport services also resumed on July 6, 2020, for applicants with appointment for passport services.
