“Manila Comes to Town” Filipino food truck event receives warm welcome in Canada

As part of the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver’s continuing efforts to introduce and promote Philippine Cuisine, the Consulate General organized a food truck event entitled: “Manila Comes to Town” at Canada Place from 3-5 September 2019. (Vancouver PCG photo)

Around 2,000 customers flock to the event and tried Max’s fried chicken and pancit palabok or Shameless Buns pandesal sandwiches and poutine-inspired dishes.
