Canberra, Australia — A Filipino-inspired dessert dinner will take place on September 23, 2019 at the Ovo Boteco Potts Point in New South Wales.

Presented by the Filipino Food Movement Australia, the dessert dinner menu to be prepared by Hilton Sydney Executive Pastry Chef Miko Aspiras, will incorporate main flavors of Filipino cuisine using local and specifically sourced ingredients.

Mr. Aspiras will bring his signature quirkiness to the table connecting the guests to his Filipino heritage and the complexity of Filipino flavors and cultural flair.

The Filipino pastry chef was Tatler Philippines’ Best Pastry Chef in 2018, Semi-finalist at the Valrhona C3 Asia Pacific 2018 and Forbes Asia Magazine 30 under 30 most influential 2018.
